Job description

The IT business analyst and system designer responsibilities at Inspire London include but are not limited to the following:
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyse and document business requirements.
• Conducting detailed business process analysis to find areas for improvement and optimisation.
• Interpreting business requirements into an inclusive system specification.
• Designing scalable and sustainable IT solutions that align with business objectives.
• Creating detailed system architecture and data flow diagrams.
• Designing and modelling databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
• Identifying potential risks and challenges associated with proposed IT solutions and provide mitigation strategies.
• Working closely with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and design specifications.
• Preparing well-structured documentation, including business requirements, system specifications, and user manuals.
• Collaborating with QA team to develop and execute comprehensive testing plans.
• Staying updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and business trends.
• Proposing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives for existing systems and processes.
Overall, Purpose:
Drive sustainable growth for IT Department of ILC (Whoopit Ltd) by proactively identifying, securing, and managing new digital marketing projects that align with our agency's expertise and client goals.
Key Activities and Accountabilities:
Project Prospecting:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients across target industries and verticals.
Utilise industry databases, networking events, and online platforms to connect with relevant leads.
Develop compelling value propositions tailored to specific client needs and market trends.
Project Development:
Initiate preliminary contact with leads, qualify their requirements, and assess project feasibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to craft personalised proposals that deliver strategic solutions.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure project profitability and client satisfaction.
Project Management:
Onboard new clients and seamlessly integrate them into Whoopit's project management system.
Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, proactively address challenges, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Foster strong client relationships through regular communication, progress updates, and exceeding expectations.
Performance Analysis:
Track project metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and optimise future Project Acquisition strategies.
Generate reports and insights for senior management on lead sources, conversion rates, and project profitability.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to adapt and refine prospecting methods for continued success.
Job Knowledge and Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales and/or Project Acquisition within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and current industry trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Proficient in project management methodologies and CRM software.
Data-driven approach with analytical skills to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Self-motivated, initiative-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Salary: Minimum National Wage Rate
Contract length: 6 months (3 + 6 Months) and extendable and Salary £22000/ year
