Schools & Youth groups visit us throughout the year, with thousands of children and young people enjoying an unforgettable experience, exploring the water on dinghies, paddleboards, kayaks and more. We are a growing charity with exciting plans for 2024.
We have an exciting opportunity for a the right candidate to join UKSA as a Receptionist. The individual should be IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office software, have experience in a similar role or customer service role, be highly organised, have a calm and friendly personality, strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.

Key duties include:
- To be a positive first point of contact for customers and visitors to UKSA
- To ensure guests are roomed to meet the relevant booking requirements
- To provide efficient administrative services
- Answering incoming calls professionally and timely
The ability to work flexibly is essential as the Reception team work on a rota basis; this will include evening and weekend working.
