Full-time Receptionist Required
The Grange by the Sea is a characterful 15 bedroom B&B in Shanklin's Old Village. We provide excellent customer service and a comfortable ‘home-from-home’ atmosphere for our guests, many of whom return year after year. The Grange is also HQ for Skyros holidays (www.skyros.com) and offers weekend course-based retreats and festive breaks.
We are looking for a receptionist/administrator with excellent customer service skills and a good working knowledge of Apple Macs and Microsoft Excel. This position is for five days per week from 9am to 5.30pm.
Tasks include:
- Responding to enquiries by telephone, email and online chat
- Processing bookings that come in via direct channels and third parties
- Welcoming guests, managing checkouts, processing and recording payments
- Helping out the team with breakfast service where necessary
- Ordering produce from suppliers
- Preparing lists for housekeeping and linen returns.
