About The Role
We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our Occupational Health team in Glasgow, on a full-time permanent basis.
You will work closely with our Occupational Health administration team, and internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality administration service, for our clients. This will include greeting clients and visitors to the clinic, provide point of entry support for those attending the clinic, check in patients, process patient files and provide general administrative support to the Glasgow Clinic Team.

What you will do:
- Respond to email bookings within three working hours, following Company e-mail etiquette and mailbox management guidelines.
- Provide administrative support to Glasgow clinic team and Health Administration teams in other locations in line with company requirements
- Answer the phone in accordance with our call handling procedures.
- Manage the administration of medical bookings effectively and accurately for all clients and patients.
- Arrange medical appointments accurately in appropriate clinic diaries, ensuring outcomes are communicated effectively.
- Support Client Service Advisors and OH Administration Manager with updates for any client specific documentation as required.
About you:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent time management skills
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Quality orientated, ensuring work is accurate to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Driven to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience within an administrative function, with proven customer service experience.
