The Regional Reward Analyst will form part of a reward network, and work closely with the Reward Centre of Excellence, as well as the Regional HR teams to deliver compensation analysis and admin support across the UK and Europe.
As well as leading on salary benchmarking across the Region, the Reward Analyst will help to deliver the cyclical reward activities in region, support and advise HR teams and managers on all reward matters and best practice whilst ensuring regional compliance with global frameworks, governance, and policies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conducting compensation benchmarking and analysis.
  • Making salary survey submissions to support regional benchmarking.
  • Developing and maintaining salary structures.
  • Creating complex data models and interrogating data.
  • Providing compensation insights and analytics to key stakeholders.
  • Supporting cyclical group reward activities (salary, bonus reviews and share scheme).
  • Support in Group reward projects aligned to Global people strategy
  • Support in developing regional compensation guidelines aligned to global principles/frameworks, ensuring local regional compliance.
  • Supporting on the annual Gender Pay Gap reporting exercise
  • Supporting regional reward communication, education and training activities
  • Providing support on a range of ad-hoc reward projects

The role would suit an experienced Reward Analyst who wants to develop their reward career within a complex global business.
Required for the role:

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel skills with the ability to analyse data and evaluate information from multiple sources.
  • Detail orientated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with surveys and job levelling (Kornferry/Mercer/WTW etc).
  • Experience of working in matrix organisations preferred.
  • International compensation and benefits experience preferred.
  • Able to build relationships with key stakeholders and partner with the business.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information.
  • Ability to research various sources of information, summarise and communicate back.
