A rare opportunity has arisen with an Investment client who is looking for a part-time Reward Analyst to join a well-established team. The team in question are incredibly forward-thinking with many having had long tenures in Reward and are looking to train and develop someone in this role, no matter the point in their career they join.
In this position, you will be supporting every aspect of the reward process, be that annual reviews or benefit renewals. Working with the team, you will become the first port of call for everything surrounding HR data and reward administration. There will also be the chance to further your exposure to regulatory requirements and DEI data gathering as you build these reports as the market regulations continue to change.
Not only is this part-time opportunity a permanent one but they will pro-rata their already hybrid working policy for you.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Working on MI reports for both the Compensation Manager and Benefits Manager, as well as benchmarking for the wider business.
- Assist with the annual benchmarking cycle and year-end process
- Gradually take ownership of the compensation database, ensuring all employee data is kept as accurate as possible
- As they implement a new system you will become the oracle on all HR systems including the benefits portal.
