Group Reward Analyst - 12-month FTC
* 12-month FTC, maternity cover
* Remote working - occasional travel to the London office
* Salary £50,000 - £60,000
I have partnered with a global FTSE 250 manufacturing organisation who are seeking a Group Reward Analyst to join the team on a maternity cover 12-month FTC. You will be supporting the Group Reward and Share Plan Manager to deliver the organisation's reward and share plan strategy.
About the role:
* Supporting with the annual salary and bonus review cycle.
* Working closely with the wider business to ensure all share plan reporting requirements are met.
* Administering the UK share incentive scheme.
* Ad hoc benchmarking requests.
* Opportunity to work on some exciting reward and share plan projects for the business.
* Support with drafting the Director's Remuneration Report.
About the candidate:
* At least 3 years' of experience working in a reward and / or share scheme position.
* Highly analytical.
* Great communication skills.
* Good stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior stakeholders.
* High attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
