Reed HR are working with a Housing Association to recruit a Reward Analyst. Reporting to the Head of Reward, the main purpose of this role is to undertake job evaluations and associated work to help the business deliver the structures and roles required to achieve business objectives. The Reward Analyst will also support wider colleague understanding and engagement with pay and benefits and contribute to the planning, communication, and delivery of cyclical and one-off reward projects.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Coordinate job evaluation panels, liaising with HRBPs and management to ensure role profiles are sufficient for effective job evaluation.
- Participate in job evaluations and collate outcomes in conjunction with Reward Managers.
- Liaise with stakeholders on structure and role changes, providing feedback that supports efficient completion of evaluations and benchmarking.
- Provide clear and concise pay and benefits analysis to illustrate costs and impacts of change.
- Administer the monthly payroll process and other cyclical reward activities, ensuring completion within deadlines.
- Manage team inboxes, addressing all queries with a solution-oriented approach.
- Support annual enrolment window for flexible benefits and coordinate the promotion of voluntary benefits.
- Coordinate the payment of invoices relating to reward activity and support the administration of the company car fleet.
- Provide support and guidance on all aspects of reward to the wider HR Team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in a reward environment, with a CIPD Associate Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Practical experience using job evaluation methodology (preferably Korn Ferry, Willis Tower Watson, Hay or similar) to size roles.
- Strong understanding of key components in reward and remuneration in a complex Group business.
- Knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
