Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of customer accounts in our CRM system
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry of customer information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including tracking leads, opportunities, and closed deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Sage) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with clients
- Basic IT knowledge to troubleshoot minor technical issues
