- Hybrid - Requires 2 days a week on customer site in Belfast
- Responsible for the customer support lifecycle
- Own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting
Required
- Knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in SharePoint or Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of security compliance and identity fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Skype for Business, MS teams, or Voice over IP
- Good general networking knowledge including DNS, TCP/IP, Sub-netting.
- Knowledge of Web standards and technologies, e.g. HTTP, JavaScript, CSS, XML
