More recruitment is actively looking to recruit several Transport Administrators for a client based in Corby.
Duties for the Transport Administrator will include.
The responsibilities for the Transport Administrator are as below.
• Booking in Drivers
• POD filing
• Allocation of loads
• Vehicle and driver compliance
- Filing all paperwork
- Management of sub-contractors
To monitor Order Acknowledgements to ensure the following
- Appropriate delivery modes are allocated.
- Booking-in is completed as required.
- Any potential issues are reported and managed.
Assist in the upkeep of Daily, Weekly and Monthly compliance and performance reports.
- Maintain an Approved Contractor and Operational Supplier Register.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure Customer satisfaction is prioritised.
- Liaise with external providers to ensure Customer satisfaction is prioritised.

06 00 - GBP12.50ph
14 00 - GBP12.50ph
22 00 - GBP13.50ph
Working days: Monday Friday
The successful Transport Administrator will be required to have the following.
- Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft office, Word & Excel)
- Transport background required.
- Inputting data on an excel spreadsheet.
- Good communication skills necessary.
- Good timekeeping, reliability, and attention to detail, is a must.
- Ability to work with others and cope under pressure.
- Committed, hardworking and Patient.
- Able to Multitask at busy periods.
