Form of workDriver Require is recruiting for day shift Transport Administrator for our client based in Northampton(NN4) . This is Temp to Perm role.
Pay rate
£12.50ph+Hol pay=£14.01ph
Shift:
The shift will be 18.00-06.00 on a 4 on 4 off rota .
In this role you will need to:
• Be able to achieve the required standards of performance to meet customer demands – 100% on time delivery service.
• Proactively plan the daily transport schedule.
• Complete daily checks to ensure that the daily transport schedule is adequately resourced.
• Fully brief drivers prior to dispatch.
• Ensure that all routes are tracked and any exceptions or faults are reported to your manager.
• Ensure the accurate recording of all data entry including tachograph and route scheduling documents.
• Fully debrief every driver on their return.
• To ensure that as part of the debrief process that all driver’s paperwork is completed.
• All daily reports are completed accurately.
• Proactive problem solving on a daily basis to ensure 100% service delivery and legal compliance.
• Details and complete handover to the management team.
