Salary: Competitive, plus Veolia benefits and pension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: Northampton Municipal Westbridge Depot, NN5 5JW

What you'll be doing;

• Be one of the first points of contact for members of the public regarding queries or complaints about domestic waste and recycling collections and street cleansing. This will include answering the phone and speaking with colleagues from the council suppliers, customers and residents
  
• Prepare contract reports and complete administrative tasks to ensure compliance
  
• Process purchase orders and sales orders, using systems such as Workday
  
• Take effective notes, and minutes of meetings
  
• Ensure the accurate inputting of payroll and deal with payroll queries, using Workday
  
• Data inputting, such as inputting vehicle details from repair / scheduled maintenance into Tranman
  
• Allocate work on the navigation system ECHO
  

What we're looking for;

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  
• Good interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to deal with members of the public
  
• IT literate with financial experience
  
• Google suite experience
  
• Experience of using Elemos, ECHO, Workday, Tranman, Power BI
