Based at Balgay Nursery, you will work part time, 27 hours per week, term time only.
If you have any queries regarding this vacancy, please contact Martina Milne on 07810 858282 or email martina.milne@dundeecity.gov.ukYou will have 3 National 5's, or equivalent, to include English and Maths or relevant work experience.You will provide an efficient and effective administrative, clerical, financial and support service for the nursery, including workload distribution, reception, word processing/information processing; making full use of appropriate computer systems and software to improve processes and achieve efficiencies.You will have experience of working in a Modern Office in a customer focussed environment and experience of record keeping.
You will have the ability to maintain IT packages relating to work in an office environment, along with working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel.
Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as numeracy skills with attention to detail are essential. You will have the ability to work as part of a team with minimum supervision and have focussed time management skills as well as the ability to prioritise your own workload.
You will be willing to undertake additional training.
