Job Summary:
We are currently searching for a new member to our administration team. This will be a full time position, reporting directly to the Sales and Office Manager.
Hours of work: 8am to 3pm 1st April - 15th September
8am to 4pm 16th September - 31st March (hours may vary slightly)
Duties:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- process written and verbal orders.
- Deal with a variety of different queries from customers/suppliers.
- Ensure all orders are entered on the correct account.
- Processing order to invoice correctly and sending to customer.
- Covering other administration roles for holiday/sickness.
- Completing spreadsheets in a timely manner.
- Various other duties as required
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Must be looking for a long term position
