HR Manager(Part-Time)

On behalf of our client an award-winning Engineering company, McKinty Associates are seekingto recruit an experienced HRManager who can join their team on a Part Time basis. Working closing with various key stakeholders in thebusiness this position would suit a self-starter interested in a fast-pacedvaried role in a rapidly growing business.
It is envisagedthat the hours will be c.21/week but this may fluctuate slightly.
MainResponsibilities:
·To be the key driver for the development,achievement and evaluation of people strategies and objectives, encompassingattraction, recruitment, induction, performance management, engagement, reward,retention, and culture and talent development.
·Acting as the first point of contact for HRrelated matters.
·Provide advice on a range of HR policies andprocedures.
·Maintain and develop the HR Systems andprocedures.
·Support the delivery of training to colleagueson HR related topics.
·Support and manage recruitment and onboardingprocess.
·To develop, monitor and regularly report onkey People performance indicators, management processes and complianceframeworks.
·Relevant adhoc duties as required.
Eligibilitycriteria:
·A minimum of 3 years generalist HR experienceproviding advice and guidance to managers on routine HR issues such asdiscipline and grievance, sickness absence, recruiting to fair employmentstandards, statutory leave entitlements, managing capability issues etc.
·A Tertiary HR qualification and or CIPDqualified.
·Have experience of working with keystakeholders and employees at all levels, with strong verbal and writtencommunication skills.
·Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Officeincluding Excel.
·Have a proven track record of developing andimplementing HR policies, procedures and processes.
·Strong time management skills.
·Excellent customer/client service skills.
·Ability to work appropriately withconfidential and sensitive information.
