As HR Officer at The Marist School, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional and confidential HR advice and guidance to staff on various matters, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Managing the recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to shortlisting and interviewing candidates.
- Overseeing the induction and onboarding of new staff members.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Liaising with external agencies and stakeholders as required.
- Generalist operational HR experience
- Significant experience in database management
- Experience of data analysis and report writing,
- Experience in handling large amounts of data
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- A-Level / Level 3 Qualification in a related field
