We are delighted to be working exclusively alongside our long term client as they seek to recruit an Accounts Invoicing Administrator to join their team on a permanent full time basis. Accounts Invoicing Administrator
Full time permanent role – office based
Mon – Fri (Apply online only) – these times can be flexible
Burgess Hill area based – Due to workplace location, your own transport is essential. Plenty of free parking on site for all staff. Discounts for staff, friends and family on company products, access to on site electric vehicle charge points.
Salary: GBP28275 per annum (GBP14.50 per hour) plus good staff benefits. Any overtime is also paid at the same rate.

The role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious, team player to join as a key member of a growing accounts department.
Speed, accuracy and an eye for detail are essential as my client processes in excess of 200,000 transactions annually.
Responsibilities / duties:
Preparing invoices for customers Reconciling self bill invoice and other large accounts including analysing and reconciling any unpaid invoices Credit control of all accounts as required Assisting the Accounts Manager with other clerical needs and deputising in their absence. Monthly statement reconciliations Generating Fleet Company invoicing Answer general admin phone queries and help with any other duties within the accounts team Please apply now for further information and for immediate consideration!
