I.t/Graduate Operational Analyst- Finance

You will ideally be a recent graduate with good A levels or an experienced I.T administrator. With customers in 25 different countries and over 3000 traders using innovative software, an I.T/Operational analyst is required to further support growth. This role offers exposure to a cutting-edge financial services operating environment, as well as the chance to develop valuable IT and business skills. Working in a fast evolving environment, as a Junior IT Operations Engineer, you will perform day-to-day administration on IT systems and interfaces for external data providers You will be monitoring customer managed solutions and infrastructures, central services, networks and applications Executing client-specific scheduled tasks, including backups. Assisting in developing and drafting operational instruction documents Developing and maintaining production oriented scripts Required Skills & Experience Experience in an IT operational support role - desirable A good basic knowledge of OS installation and configuration - essential Ideally a 2.1 degree with good A level results
