SalaryElevate are working in partnership with our valued client to appoint an experienced Lease hold officer to join there fantastic team.
As a Leasehold Officer you'll be responsible for:
- Collecting service charges, building maintenance, ground rent, shared ownership rent etc..
- Providing front -line leasehold management service including legal notices and applications.
- Investigating and resolving breach of lease cases.
- Make payment arrangement with leaseholders, clearing arrears in line with procedures
- Assist in preparation of and to give evidence/ witness statement as required.
- Identify and refer complex cases to an appropriate team leader or leasehold manager.
The client requires the candidate to have knowledge of relevant legislation and case-law.
