Main Duties and Responsibilities: Processing of income and expenditure information Invoice generation Cash-flow monitoring Monitoring of bank accounts Purchase and sales ledger processing Reconciliation and balancing of accounts Petty Cash monitoring and processing EMIS searches and recall activity to support clinical contracts Practice income achievement authorisation (CQRS) Submit claims, data submissions and reimbursement claims Usual GP re-allocation to ensure fair and equitable distribution of patients Monthly payroll processing and recording Calculation of holiday entitlements Specific assigned tasks, project support or development / change work which may arise from time to time Other tasks deemed appropriate delegated by the Practice Manager or Partners. Confidentiality The post holder must ensure that confidentiality of both patient and practice information is maintained at all times in accordance with the practice confidentiality policy.
