What You'll Do:

· Lead our talented marketing team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

· Enhance brand visibility and increase engagement across our Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Great Britain markets.

· Manage the gathering and publishing of user reviews to establish social proof and enhance brand credibility.

· Expand our Classi Installer Club membership, engaging members through innovative marketing campaigns and utilising member-generated content.

· Increase online visibility and organic search rankings for SENSTEC through targeted content marketing and SEO strategies.

· Manage our social media presence, ensuring effective content distribution.

· Produce high-quality written content for various marketing materials.

· Mentor and guide our marketing assistant, supporting their professional development.

· Empower all team members to become content creators, amplifying our brand's voice and reach.

· Support the needs of our external sales team and foster customer relationships.

· Proactively seek opportunities to enhance capabilities through collaborations with third-party experts.

What We're Looking For:

· Proven experience in marketing management.

· Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media management.

· Proficiency in digital analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite.

· Knowledge of HubSpot would be advantageous.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

· Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and with external partners.

· Results-oriented approach.

Working Hours and Environment:

· A 4-day week. Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 17:00, at our factory in Ballygawley.

· Fridays are 'work-from-home' 08:00 to 12:00, dedicated to continuous learning and professional development.
