We are currently seeking a talented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client's finance team in Andover. If you are looking for a part time role and are detail-oriented, organised, and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
What you'll be doing:
- Reconcile supplier statements.
- Act on to supplier inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Process payments to suppliers.
- Input purchase invoices.
- Assist the finance department with ad hoc tasks when needed.
What you'll need:
- Advanced computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry.
- Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A team player who works collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
- A previous background in accounts or similar position would be attractive but not crucial.
