SENIOR COMMERCIAL CONSULTANT

Due to a period of major growth, this leading consultancy that frequently features in both the FT's 'Top 25 Management Consultancies' list and many 'Best Places to Work' lists, is looking to recruit multiple Senior Commercial Consultants to service some of their largest new clients!
In this role, your clients will be the UK's largest organisations across the Infrastructure, Real Estate and Energy sectors, and your job will be to advise them on some of their major construction and infrastructure projects, and help develop and implement brand-new commercial and contract strategies in line with their objectives.
This is a role that will give you both excellent breadth of responsibility and exposure to a variety of industries; allowing you to upskill yourself and fast-track your career to Principal Consultant and beyond!
If you are an ambitious Quantity Surveyor, Procurement Specialist or Commercial Manager looking to gain more variety to your role and really make an impact in some of the largest infrastructure and construction projects that will take place in the UK over the next 10 years then this is the role for you!
Senior Commercial Consultant, Required Background: -
- Strong knowledge of various commercial construction contracts (NEC3/4, JCT or FIDIC)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, in this role you will be in a client-facing position, building long-term relationships and understanding the intricate nuances of what the client wants
- Experience of assessing and improving commercial strategy is beneficial (Incentivization Models, Scenario Testing, Risk and Liability Management etc.)
- Any exposure to procurement or strategic sourcing is beneficial but not essential
