Talent Acquisition Specialist - 12-month fixed-term contract

Location : Westminster , London

Contract : 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time

Salary : £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + excellent benefits

Talent Acquisition Specialist is a newly created responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees all whilst making efficiencies within client's current recruitment practices.

Role requirements:

We seek a candidate with extensive in-house Talent Acquisition experience, capable of efficiently managing a high volume of vacancies. This newly created role offers autonomy to assess and improve existing processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong customer and stakeholder management skills, dedicated to enhancing the candidate and employee experience. Proficiency in establishing robust recruitment processes for organisational fairness and consistency is essential. Our client values knowledge sharing and welcomes an expert in the field willing to contribute to collaborative discussions.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and deploy strategies to ensure Inclusion and Diversity across all recruitment activities

• Provide support and guidance to hiring managers in relation to job descriptions, job adverts, recruitment methods, interview process

• Work with hiring managers to understand the role requirements

• Source via direct and indirect methods including recruitment agencies

• Support hiring managers with shortlisting candidates

• Coordination of interviews including working with the hiring manager on interview question creation

• Offering to candidates directly or indirectly

• Onboard new hires and work with them during their first 6 months
