What you’ll be doing as a Receptionist;

• Welcoming hotel guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Completing the check-in and check-out process in a timely and professional manner
• Sharing relevant details and following up to ensure guests have everything they need for an enjoyable stay
• Making reservations or transport arrangements as needed
• Working effectively with other departments to ensure guest comfort and convenience
• Responding to guest requests and queries

Working hours:

• 5 days per week
• Does include working weekends
• Mainly daytime hours
