The Job

This role specialises in the financial oversight of service charges within residential properties, with the primary focus on managing funds collected from residents to cover the costs associated with communal services and upkeep. The ideal candidate would have a background in Finance or Accountancy and is looking to transition into a similar role. An AAT or similar qualification would be preferred; alternatively, candidates with over 2 years of experience in a similar property-related role will be considered. This role necessitates excellent communication and analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and some background in customer service.
